Firm Overview

Mitchell, Blackstock, Ivers & Sneddon, PLLC, was founded in 1972. The original firm members were former classmates at the University of Arkansas School of Law. In 1976, the firm merged with the firm of Warren and Bullion.

The firm provides legal services throughout the state of Arkansas. Among our clients are the Arkansas Medical Society and the Arkansas Education Association. Areas of focus include trial practice in all Arkansas state and federal courts, health law, education and employment law, domestic relations, personal injury, business litigation, products liability, and real estate.

Former firm members include W. Dent Gitchell, Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and the retired Honorable David Bogard, Circuit Judge of the Sixth Judicial District in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
